Save DHL Shipping Time!

DHL Shipping is now integrated into The Retail Solution 10.0. From the point of sale you would simply enter a pre-setup DHL shipping item. Select the DHL shipping options. The default box weight is automatically calculated. Print the DHL waybill and complete the sale. For package tracking, just recall the ticket and press [F9]. Complete DHL tracking information will be displayed. If at anytime the shipping line item is deleted or the ticket is voided, you are also given the option to void the waybill. More Information! 

 
New Floor & Warehouse QTY
The Retail Solution 10.0 now tracks each inventory item in two different locations, both a floor and optional warehouse location. When receiving an order you have the option to place the new item quantity on the floor or in the warehouse. Your actual warehouse could be anything from an overstock area to a separate building. You have the option to manually transfer quantities or have them automatically transferred from warehouse to floor as needed. Optional serial number and lot reference tracking are available for both floor and warehouse items. Each lot reference tracks the date received, PO number and optional expiration date.
                         
Service Management Module
The new Service Management Module is currently included at no charge when you upgrade to The Retail Solution 10.0. One of the new features is the Customer Tracked Item. This feature allows you to store user-definable information about an item a customer has brought in for repair: for example, a computer, copier or hot tub.

Get Your Daily Sales Totals Sent Directly to Your Cell phone!

Out of town, on vacation or just away from the store?  Have The Retail Solution 10.0 automatically send a text message containing sales totals directly to your cell phone or BlackBerry during the end-of-day procedure. Simply set up the TRS Email Agent, select your cellular company from a drop-down list, enter your cell phone number and then choose one or more of the following: Total Sales Today, Total Cost of Good Today, Total Profit Today, Total Voids Today, Total Returns Today or Total A/R Payments Today.                                                                                               

Powerful New Inventory Kits
In The Retail Solution 10.0 we have taken inventory kits to the next level. An inventory kit is an easy way to sell and track a group of inventory items. We now support four different kit types. The first is called a Select kit. A select kit is like a menu of related items from which the user can easily choose during the sale. The second type of kit is a Dynamic kit. It has a preset list of components which are deducted from inventory at the time of the sale. The kit can be edited and substitute items easily selected at the point-of-sale. The third type of kit is a Static kit. It is an inventory item made up of a group of other inventory items. When the kit item is assembled, quantity-on-hand for the kit item is increased, and quantity-on-hand for each component item is decreased. The fourth type of kit is a tracked kit. It is a Static kit with serial/lot number tracking for the kit and/or its components.
