Can I order the 10.0 upgrade over the phone?
Sorry. Due to the volume of orders, we request that you mail or fax in your order. We will be processing each upgrade in the order we receive them. Please be patient, your upgrade will be shipped as soon as possible.
 
Do I need to update my hardware?
No, if you are currently using Windows ME or greater, no hardware changes are needed.
 
Does 10.0 support Windows VISTA?
Yes! The Retail Solution 10.0 even takes advantage of some of the Windows VISTA-specific features.
 
Do I need to purchase a separate upgrade for each of my locations?
Yes.
 
How do I find out my current version?
Your current version number is located in the top left corner of any Retail Solution screen.
 
Can I receive a 10.0 demo to evaluate?
Sorry. The 10.0 version will automatically upgrade your data and program making it very difficult to go back.
 
If I don’t upgrade, can I still receive support for my current version?
Yes, until your support agreement expires. New support agreements will only be sold to 10.0 users.
 
Do I get any support for the upgrade?
Yes, 30 days will be added to your current support agreement.
